Fried Vege with Prawns, Deep Fried Fish & Simple Tofu by me

1) Fried vegetable with prawns (can’t remember the vegetable’s name, though any type will do fine):
Heat up oil, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add marinated prawns (marinade with salt and pepper prior to cooking). When it’s about 80% cooked, add vegetable. Cook until vegetable turn soft and add mixture (oyster sauce with water) then cover the wok to allow the heat to cook it for another 1 - 2 mins. Serve it once cooked.

2) Deep fried fish:
Heat up lots of oil. Add fish to deep fry. Drain oil from fish once done and set aside. Heat up a little oil, add garlic and cook until fragrant (cook 2 portions as need it for tofu too). Pour it over the deep fried fish and quickly add a dash of soy sauce.

3) Simple tofu
Place tofu on a plate. Similar as fish, pour the fragrant garlic oil over tofu and add a dash of soy sauce. The simplest dish ever!
