Home-cooked: Blanched choy sum / lettuce with oyster sauce

This is totally easy and fuss-free... even considered healthy.

What you need:
  • Choy sum (Chinese cabbage)
  • A little oil
  • Water
  • Oyster sauce
Boil a wok of water with a little oil. Once boiling, add in the choy sum and blanched it until cook. Drained the water and place choy sum in a plate. Pour some oyster sauce over it and mix it well. Once done, it is ready to be served.
