Marmalade BBQ Shrimp by Lombardo & Bui

Blend together:
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tsp horseradish
1 tbsp orange juice

Transfer marmalade dip to a small bowl. Set aside

Peel, devein and butterfly 8 jumbo shrimp. Marinate 10 mins in:
2 tbsps lemon juice
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp crushed peppercorns

Turn BBQ grill to medium high. Grill shrimp 2 – 3 mins on each side

Serves 2 with marmalade dip
