Deviled Guacamole Cukes by Lombardo & Bui

Puree for 1 min pulp from 2 peeled avocados. Add:
3 tbsps finely diced tomato
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp minced garlic
1 or 2 tsp minced jalapeno
2 - 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Mix well. Refrigerate 20 mins. Slice 1 hothouse cucumber into 1/2 inch rounds. Scoop out pulp leaving bottom unbroken. Fill each with 2 tsp guacamole.
