Mild Chicken Curry by KNORR


Preparation: 25 mins
Cook: 30 mins
Serves: 5

1 KNORR No Added MSG Chicken Cube
100 ml KNORR Natural Coconut Extract
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 tsps finely chopped garlic
200 gm chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 tsp meat curry powder
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1 small carrot, cut into 1 cm cubes
1 small potato, cut into 1 cm cubes
250 ml water

Method:
1. Heat oil and fry ginger and garlic. Add chicken. Cook for 2 - 3 mins. Sprinkle in curry powder and turmeric. Cook, stirring for 1 min
2. Add carrot, potato, water and KNORR No Added MSG Chicken cube. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 mins
3. Stir in KNORR Natural Coconut Extract. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 - 3 mins. Season with salt to taste
