What you need:
2 1/2 tbsps oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1 lime leaf
2 tbsps KNORR Tom Yam Paste
150gm seafood (prawns, cuttlefish, crabmeat)
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs, beaten
Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsps oil in wok. Add garlic, onion and lime leaf. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
2. Add KNORR Tom Yam Paste. Mix well and add seafood. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins, add sugar. Discard lime leaf. Set aside mixture.
3. Heat remaining 1/2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Pour egg in.
4. When egg begins to set, place seafood in centre. Fold sides of omelette to form a square. Serve.
