What you need:
4 tbsps oil
14 pcs mixed yong tau foo
3/4 cup of water
1 KNORR chicken cube
2 tbsps cornflour
Method:
1. Heat oil in frying pan. Pan-fry yong tau foo until cooked. Set aside.
2. Mix water and the rest of the ingredients together. Bring to a boil. When thickened, remove and pour over cooked yong tau foo. Serve at once.
Tip:
You can use KNORR Chicken Seasoning Powder for this dish too. Add 1 1/2 tbsps seasoning powder with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil for a gravy that's equally delicious.
