Home-cooked: apples and pears coolers

What you need:

  • apples - peeled, removed the seeds and quartered
  • pears - peeled, removed the seeds and quartered
  • red dates - removed the seeds
Method:
  1. Boil a pot of water
  2. Once boiling, put all the apples, pears and red dates in
  3. Bring to a boil on medium heat
  4. Lower it and let it simmer for an hour or 2
  5. Ready to be serve with ice cubes or refrigerate it like a chilled fruit tea
