Chili Crab Burger

Taken from Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
Yield: 2 serving

Ingredient:
Wheat roll 80gm
Planta Chef Margarine 40gm
Beefsteak tomato 30gm
Red onion 10gm
Spring onion - Julienne 2gm

Crab meat patty:
Crab meat - picked and cleaned 120gm
Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise 20gm
Whole egg - whisk 3gm
Young ginger - grated 2gm
Red onion - chopped 2gm
Roasted garlic - minced 2gm
Coriander - chopped 2gm
Red chili - chopped 2gm
Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder Sauce 0.5gm
Singapore Chili Crab Sauce - premix dressing 50gm
Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise 40gm

Preparation:
1. Make sauce to manufacturer's instructions. Keep warm
2. Mix all ingredient for patty and allow to 'rest' in chiller for 60 mins
3. Pan-fry patty to cook with 1/2 margarine
4. Spread remaining margarine on rolls and toast

Serving:
1. Spread dressing on toasted rolls and assemble remaining ingredients. Serve immediately
